Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you other than the carrier has taken possession of the merchandise.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercise of your right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If this contract is terminated, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).

These payments will be refunded to you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; In no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the returned merchandise or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the merchandise, whichever occurs first.

You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the merchandise. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
